Best Practice

This page allows users to see projects that have been identified as examples of Best Practice. This could help you with bidding as the examples will allow you to learn from them and gain an idea of what funders are looking for in a successful project.

The Hallmarks project is currently looking at best practice in lifelong learning projects in the East of England. It aims to understand and record the success of these projects in the Region and to share this knowledge with learning providers.

The project is still in progress but will result in 45 case studies of good practice in the planning and delivery of learning related projects.

It will include reports on the case study projects and a searchable database. 15 case studies have been completed and a dissemination event is planned. For further details see the Hallmarks website at /www.hallmarks.org.uk

For details of European Social Fund Best Practice see the ESF Good Practice page at www.esf.gov.uk/goodpractice/index.shtml

This site includes case studies, a good practice guide and library and thematic websheets with a checklist of good practice points to think about when designing and developing a project.
