Dates Applications can be made at any time but as there is often a waiting list and the Trustees meet only 4 times a year to consider applications, it may be several months before a decision is recieved.
Aims

Objective of the funding opportunity: The Foundation offers funding in a variety of areas. Some of these are:

Youth at Risk including

- Youth mentoring programmes
- Community service and volunteering
- Remedial education
- Employment
- Youth work
- Integrated housing, support and training projects for young people at risk (Foyers)
- Programmes to promote responsibility in young people at risk

People with Disabilities including training establishments and sheltered employment for the disabled

Hospices including funding for training

It aims to help the following client groups:

The economically inactive
The unemployed
Those with disabilities

Eligibility Eligible Organisations:  Grants will normally be made to UK registered and exempt charities only. New charities that are yet to be registered may be considered for start-up funding if they are able to demonstrate good governance and sound financial management.

Accreditation Organisations must have the following accreditation to bid: No accreditation is needed.
Amount available Funding available: Grants typically range from £1,000 to £20,000. From time to time, the Trust may make larger grants to fund projects of an exceptional nature which show outstanding potential.
