| Eligibility | Eligible organisations: A partnership must be established between the establishment where the person's training is based and the host body abroad. A host body can be a private or public sector employer or a training establishment or centre. | |
| Accreditation | Organisations must have the following accreditation to bid: No accreditation is needed | |
| Amount available | Funding available: A total budget of 7.3 million Euros has been allocated for the period January 2000 to December 2004. The programme does not cover expenses abroad but other European programmes including Leonardo da Vinci, Socrates and Youth provide grants for mobility costs such as subsistence and travel. | |
