Aims Objective of the funding opportunity: To work in partnership with local voluntary organisations, community groups, schools and Town and Parish Councils to improve the quality of life for residents in East Herts - especially to enhance economic, social and environmental wellbeing. The Council is particularly keen to grant aid to those organisations and groups that cannot obtain funding anywhere else.    
It aims to help the following client groups:
Older people
Young people
Ethnic minorities
Women
Those with disabilities
The Unemployed
