Aims

Objective of the funding opportunity:
The project aims to support small and medium sized enterprises with little or no experience of training, providing them with customised training and development to meet skills shortages. Furthermore it seeks to upskill, re-skill and multi-skill staff to respond to the changing labour market.

The grant can cover all areas which seek to improve engineering companies business performance.
