Aims

Objective of the funding opportunity: The foundation seeks to support organisations working in any field of charitable endeavor. The priorities for grants are:
- Elderly people: Projects that clearly demonstrate the promotion of improved quality of life, independent living and user involvement (particularly innovative projects that broaden choices)
-Families and children: To support people who are marginalised because of poverty, unemployment or crime
- Homelessness (particularly vulnerable groups such as ex-offenders, refugees,elderly)
- Mental Health: Projects which promote independence and reintegration into society
-Neigbourhood work
-Penal affairs
- Physical and learning disabilities: Particularly projects aimed at promoting independent living and social inclusion, through advocacy, training, sheltered and supported work opportunities
- Young people: Projects that support vulnerable young people through the transition to adulthood, particularly those living in deprived areas and those at risk of school exclusion or offending

It aims to help the following client groups:

Eligibility Eligible Organisations:  Local and regional charities within the UK
Accreditation Organisations must have the following accreditation to bid: No accreditation is needed
Amount available Funding available: Around £3.75million will be available and the trustees envisage making approximately 100 grants.
