Aims

Objective of the funding opportunity: To support national strategies on employability, lifelong learning and skills development.
For 2005-2006 there are 5 programme measures:

Mobility
Pilot Projects
Language Competencies
Transnational Networks
Reference materials

It aims to help the following client groups:
Those who work for SMEs
Those in work
The unemployed
Those with disabilities


Ethnic minorities
Older workers
The low skilled
Women

Eligibility Eligible organisations: Any organisation. 
In order to maximise their chances of success, proposals should be supported by a sustainable and relevant partnership of organisations at the UK and transnational level. 
For a list of organisations particularly encouraged to apply see page 2 of the 2005-2006 UK Call for Proposals
Accreditation Organisations must have the following accreditation to bid: No accreditation is needed
Amount available Funding available: The maximum grant awarded  per year is  200,000 euros for most of the measures. The maximum is 150,000 euros for transnational networks and 5,000 euros per participant for the mobility measure (unless the participant is disabled).

Match funding of 50% is required for transnational networks. Match funding of 25% is required for the other measures.
