Aims

Objective of the funding opportunity:
PRIME is a national organisation dedicated to helping people over 50 to set up businesses. They aim to encourage those over 50 to:
- Consider the possibility of self employment or starting a business
- Find a local organisation that can give them free business help and advice
- Apply for a loan if they cannot borrow money anywhere else

All loan applicants must join a mentoring scheme either on their own or in a group.

It aims to help the following client groups:
Older workers
Unemployed
Entrepreneurs

Accreditation The following accreditation is required to bid: No accreditation is needed
Amount available Funding available: PRIME can lend up to £5,000 to eligible individuals or up to £10,000 to any one business run by two or more eligible individuals
