Aims

Objective of the funding opportunity:
To support work aimed at bringing marginalised young people into the mainstream of UK life.
The Transforming Lives programme works with young people aged 11-25, including young parents, asylum seekers, people with mental health problems and the disabled.
The Foundation gives priority to activities which promote the social inclusion of young people.

It aims to help the following client groups:
Young People
The Economically Inactive
Those lacking basic skills

Ethnic Minorities
The low skilled
Those with Disabilities

Eligibility Eligible Organisations:  Charitable organisations (for consortiums, the lead agency must be a registered charity). Organisations must be in the UK working with young people aged 11 - 25.

Accreditation Organisations must have the following accreditation to bid: No accreditation is needed
Amount available Funding available:
Grants range from £10,000 to £90,000.
Usual maximum is £30,000 a year for three years.
Many grants will be less than the maximum.
