Objective of the funding opportunity:
The European Investment Bank offer financial support to innovation-rich projects which focus on five key areas:
- Education/human capital
- SMEs and entrepreneurship
- Research and development
- Information and communications technologies and networks
- Diffusion of innovation

Eligibility Eligible Organisations:  Any organisation/project that focus on the links between knowledge creation and the market.
Accreditation Organisations must have the following accreditation to bid: No accreditation is needed
Amount available Funding available: A lending programme of EURO 12 to 15 billion over the next three years
