In September 2005, Step Ahead Research undertook an evaluation of the Skills Forum site. This evaluation was based on site user satistics and an email survey of registered users covering issues such as ways of using the site, bid submission and success and suggested improvements.
The results of the evaluation will be used to shape the future development of the skills forum site.
